Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We typically ship out orders via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. You will be notified either way when you received your tracking information via email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We typically process orders within 2 business days, once your order ships out, it can take anywhere between 3-7 business days for you to receive your order depending on where you are located.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. We are working hard to expand worldwide and eventually ship anywhere in the world.
ARE YOUR ITEMS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Yes, our items come with a 1 year factory warranty on the structure and finish of the wheels. This warranty excludes finish defects caused by accidents, wheel impact, racing or off road use, neglect, corrosion, inclement weather, chemicals and the use of caustic, acid or abrasive cleaners.

ARE CENTER CAPS INCLUDED WITH THE WHEELS?
Yes, all of our wheels come with center caps which are typically packaged together and placed in one of the boxes of the wheels.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept most forms of payment, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Yes, 100%. Your payment is fully secured and protected by both the merchant processor and your credit card company. If anything goes south, your credit card companies will have your back. If you use Paypal, they also offer buyer protection to make sure everyone's shopping experience is an A+.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order with us by simply clicking the "Buy Now" button next to each item you are interested in. You will be then taken to the checkout page and from there you can enter all the necessary information to get your order placed.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or change your order, you can reach out to us by email or phone. Change orders cannot be done once the order ships out. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your purchase you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase. When we ship out your item, you will then get another email with your tracking number and information. You can track your package on our website by clicking on where it says "Track Your Package" in the Menu bar. It will then tell you to input your tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items if you are unhappy with your purchase. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Items must be in new unused condition and returned in original boxes with all packaging. Wheels which have been installed on a vehicle or had tires mounted onto them are non-returnable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
