• Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packaging for return
• Customer must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to report any damages and/or shortages. No claims accepted after 72 hours
• Any item returned, must be done within 30 days. After 30 days, no returns are accepted
• For any return products we will charge a 20% restocking fee of the sale price
